The Identifying Feelings series gives teens the skills to understand what’s happening inside, express it clearly, and manage it in healthy ways. Through practical tools and real-life examples, students build emotional awareness, confidence, and resilience they can use every day. When you know it, name it, and feel it, you gain the power to navigate life with confidence.
