Hey, Gael here. Today He brings you day 19 of the 30-day #BeWellChallenge from Well Being Trust. Today he challenges you to Hydrate. Water is so important – The brain is 75% water, and so it’s no surprise that dehydration can affect how well it works. To protect your mental and physical function, as well as your mood, remember to hydrate, hydrate, hydrate. He normally drinks 64 oounces daily (add more if you want). And now it’s your turn.
