Conduct “Voices,” a gathering where you share some of the “voices” in your school to help bring awareness to the diversity of your student body. Mental Health Resource Apps

The Virtual Hope Box (VHB) contains simple tools to help the user with coping, relaxation, distraction , and positive thinking, all for free! It is intended to store a variety of rich multimedia content that the user finds personally supportive in times of need. Coping cards can also be created to be referred to at any time in response to personal problem areas. It also provides the user with positive activity planning, distraction tools, and interactive relaxation exercises including guided imagery, controlled breathing, and relaxation.
