Jawanza Hadley
Work2BeWell Program Director
Jawanza Hadley is an education and teen champion with 18 years of experience in the education and mental health fields. Before transitioning to health care, he spent 11 years as a teacher, coach and mentor at David Douglas High School in Portland, OR. Before joining the Work2BeWell team, he served as a Sr. Project Manager with the Providence System Mental Health Strategy team. Prior to this role, he had stints at Oregon Health & Science University as a Practice Manager and Project Manager.
Jawanza is passionate about working with and supporting teens and all things wellness. He #Works2BeWell by playing with his Portuguese Water Dog Yolo, fishing and cooking foods from around the world!
Dr. Robin Henderson, PsyD
Chief Executive, Behavioral Health for Providence Oregon and Work2BeWell Chief Clinical Officer
Dr. Robin Henderson, PsyD, is the Chief Executive, Behavioral Health for Providence Oregon where has direct and matrixed responsibility for acute, specialty and ambulatory behavioral health services in a system serving nearly 100,000 individuals each year. She also serves as the Chief Clinical Officer for Work2BeWell, a youth-lead mental health education, activation and advocacy program that creates clinically vetted curriculum for schools and youth groups. In this role she works with our National Student Advisory Council, our grassroots advocacy campaigns (including the new Oregon law giving students Mental Health Days) and hosts the #Talk2BeWell podcast focusing on youth mental health and well-being. She is also an advisory member of the Providence Community Partnership Mental Health Advisory Group, overseeing investments in mental health and substance use disorders and is a Senior Clinical Advisor to Well Being Trust.
Dr. Henderson spends WAY too much time serving on committees and boards, most recently including the Children’s System of Care Council, the Oregon Health Policy Board’s Behavioral Health Metrics and Outcomes Committee, the Governor’s 988 Task Force, the Children and Youth with Special Health Needs Task Force, the Governor’s Behavioral Health Advisory Council, the Confederation of School Administrator’s Social and Emotional Well-Being work group and the Patient Centered Primary Care Collaborative. She is past president of the NAMI Oregon board where she still serves, is on the board of Youth Villages and is past Chair of CCO Oregon. Dr. Henderson is a past president of the Oregon Psychological Association, continues to serve on their Legislative Committee and is a member of Divisions 31, 38 and 55. She has a PsyD from George Fox University and a post-doc in integrated health psychology. She lives in West Linn with her husband, two children (when they aren’t away at college), two cats and a bearded dragon where she practices the art of pie.

Sara Freauf (Nilles), M.Ed
Work2BeWell Co-Founder and Educational and Leadership Development Consultant
Sara Freauf (Nilles) is an educational and leadership development consultant with 24 years of experience nationally and internationally. She served as the Executive Director for the Oregon Association of Student Councils (OASC) from 2010-2020 and taught math and leadership for ten years before her role with OASC. She studied math education at Montana State University (Go Bobcats!) and earned her master’s in Curriculum & Instruction and ESL/ELL from Portland State University. She is a co-founder of the Work2BeWell program in partnership with Providence Health System.

Regina Fernandez-Young
Associate Project Manager
Regina helps lead the programs team with Work2BeWell as she builds relationships with our Social Media Department, the National Student Advisory Council and staff to bring awareness to teen mental health.
Before starting with Providence Health and Services, Regina spent eight years as an administrative assistant for many law firms in the greater Seattle area. As she found her calling for wanting to give back to the community, she joined Providence as a contractor and then made the choice to stay and found her way with Community Partnership.

Zoie Sheng
Zoie Sheng from Portland Oregon joins the Work2BeWell team and brings with her a diverse background of experiences which she leverages for success. She has worked across sectors from culturally-specific nonprofits to for-profit companies, specializing in social media marketing and communications.
She graduated in 2016 from Academy of Art University in San Francisco, where she earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Fashion Merchandising and led the Women’s NCAA DII Basketball team.
Zoie enjoys spending time with her family and rescue dog, Penny. Enchiladas are a basic food group in her opinion, and she is a leader who strongly believes in the importance of cultivating a holistic team and prioritizing inclusivity.

Mary Renouf, MBA
Vice President, Clinical & Consumer Communications
Mary Renouf, MBA, is Vice President and Chief Clinical and Consumer Communications Officer at Providence. She also serves as the Chief Executive for Providence’s Work2BeWell, a youth mental health and education program. She has more than 20 years of brand, social and marketing experience in health care, sports, entertainment, and technology.
Prior to Providence, Mary served as the Global Head of Social and Influencer Marketing at T-Mobile, Microsoft Xbox and Adidas. Prior to those roles, she led marketing and communications for several Paul Allen sports properties, including the Portland Trail Blazers and Seattle Seahawks, and considers herself a sports fanatic.
She has numerous awards for her marketing and communication innovations work, speaks on panels around the country for brand strategy and marketing, and continues to top lists of people to watch in the social marketing and health care communications field. Mary serves on numerous boards and advisory committees for health care, mental health and youth mentorship, and is also a huge animal lover and is proud to help run a not-for-profit organization for neglected and abused animals called Harmony New Beginnings Animal Rescue.
Heather S. Ransom, M.Ed
After growing up in northern Idaho and Alaska, Heather S. Ransom earned her Masters degree, specializing in Curriculum Development and Design from Southern Oregon University, and then began the adventure of teaching in a middle school classroom. For thirty years, besides educating students about science, health, careers, creative writing, and leadership, Heather also coached at middle and high schools, worked with local and state student leadership programs, and created curriculum now used in school districts around the country. She is also the author of the award-winning, Young Adult Sci-Fi Going Green trilogy.
Currently, Heather is an educational consultant for Work2BeWell and Providence Health System on teen mental health curriculum, including one that accompanies the Ken Burns documentary, Hiding in Plain Sight. She enjoys speaking at workshops and conferences, creating new opportunities to engage students and educators in their passions, and helping her husband, Marv, in their local businesses.
Madalynn Foreman
Madalynn (Maddy) Foreman brings a wealth of experience in strategic communications and project management. Before joining Work2BeWell, Maddy spent her career across a variety of industries leading B2B marketing campaigns and digital media ad sales. She is a graduate of Washington State University – Go Cougs! Dedicated to making a meaningful impact, she also volunteers weekly at the Ronald McDonald House of Seattle.
