MEET FINN FROM OREGON!
I #work2bewell by being with friends and doing theatre.
Right now I am working to get mental health resources publicized in my school’s new virtual assembly system to remind students that help is available even when it seems hopeless.
MEET JOEY FROM OREGON!
Hi, My name is Joey from Bend, Oregon. I Work2BeWell by practicing meditation, running, and watching “The Office.”
The Student Government class and I have been putting together a Good News Network to spread some joy right now. We also hosted a mental health week where we attempted to spread awareness and resources through our bi-daily announcements.
MEET KIANA FROM OREGON!
Hi, my name is Kiana from Beaverton, Oregon. I #Work2BeWell by dancing. It is amazingly therapeutic to my wellbeing. My favorite genres of dance are jazz, contemporary, ballet and en pointe.
To promote mental health during COVID-19, I have been sharing the Talk2BeWell podcasts with my teachers and fellow students. I am also partaking in a social media Mental Health Awareness Month challenge that one of my fellow pageant friends created. Mental health is SO important and this challenge gives me the opportunity to help break the stigma!
MEET VIVIAN FROM OREGON!
I work2bewell by staying organized with my planner and lots of sticky notes. I also like to deep clean my room to de-stress.
I help spread awareness at school by reminding my peers to pause once in a while. Take a breath and only focus on the things you can change.
